His Glory Parish Limerick

History

The parish was founded in 2001. Its own account of those early years describes a membership drawn mostly from people of Black African and predominantly Nigerian descent who were then recent migrants, and the congregation as a place where members could remain in contact with their cultural background as well as meet their spiritual needs. The same account records that the needs of the membership changed as those communities became more settled.
