About Lismore (St Carthage's Cathedral)
Lismore (St Carthage's Cathedral) was built in 1811. It has a three-bay nave, built of rubble stone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a two-stage tower with a spire, stained-glass windows, crenellated parapets and pinnacles.
