History
The parish records that the boundaries of the Aghalurcher group of parishes lie within the area of the historic Colebrooke Estate, the ancestral home of the Brooke family, established in 1641, and that the parish property was largely built under the influence of the Estate on land vested in the Church of Ireland. The group consists of St Ronan's, Colebrooke, Holy Trinity, Cooneen and All Saints, Mullaghfad, and lies in the Clogher Valley.
